Wedding cakes are made to order using only the finest ingredients, such as organic butter and eggs, Belgian chocolate, Swiss fondant, Bourbon vanilla beans, Amalfi lemons and other seasonal fruits, sourced from local suppliers whenever possible. All creams, curds, preserves, crémeux and pralines are made in-house. Wedding cakes have a ganache and fondant finish as a standard.
Cakes with a buttercream finish are also available.
